All data is hosted securely in AWS London servers. With enterprise-grade protection & UK based control, our clients don't have to ever worry about their data.
Everything on Ledgr is stored solely on Ledgr servers. When we use external AI models it's only ever to complete that specific task so your data is never stored, reused or shared.

Ledgr is a UK-based technology company developing AI-powered accounting automation tools.
We are the data controller for the personal and financial data processed through our platform.
We collect and process the following types of data:

- Client financial documents — such as supplier invoices, credit notes, remittance advices.
- Usage data — how you interact with the platform, including logs and agent prompts

They do not store, reuse, or train on your data.
All Ledgr data is hosted on secure AWS servers located in London, UK.
We use:
- Industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest
- Access controls and audit logs
- Regular security reviews and infrastructure monitoring
You retain full ownership of your data at all times.
We do not share your data with third parties except:
- As required by law or regulation
- To process transactions through your chosen accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks)
- With service providers under strict data processing agreements or their standard terms that meet GDPR requirements (e.g. AWS, OpenAI, Anthropic).
We retain your data:
- For as long as you have an active account
- Or as needed to comply with legal or regulatory obligations
